Your Invisible Me

Your Invisible Me

My heart sang aloud in silence,
Yet my presence you never sought.
In my thoughts lived the memory
Of moments we never caught.

A ghostly presence in your dream —
I was the one behind.
You called me just a blunder,
But never read my mind.

I have always been a forgiver,
Though you judged my intent.
My love was just a river,
Flowing without consent.

And now I feel your coldness,
Though I meant no harm.
Please know that all I carried
Was only love, no alarm.

My warmth, though unspoken,
Whispers through the air —
Like a breeze that haunts the night,
Though invisible, still there.
